We locate and repair slab leaks. Our experience proves that in most cases, a busted pipe under the slab can be bypassed and re-piped above the house foundation. This practice is inexpensive compared to the conventional, invasive method of jack hammering the slab, and also eliminates costly repairs of the floor and the foundation.

What's Included in the Final Price?

Cost of the New Water Heater. Our one price service includes the actual water heater.

Installation. Experienced plumbing technicians drain the old unit, disconnect the water lines, gas lines, vent and electric circuit if needed and install the new water heater.

Load, Haul Away, and Dispose of Old Unit. We move the old unit from the site of installation site, haul it away, and properly dispose it.

Delivery. Pick up, timely delivery, and unloading at the jobsite with care and respect to property is our promise!

All Needed Upgrades. We perform all needed upgrades and updates to your water and gas lines. The price includes parts and materials.

Permit and Inspection. We pull a permit from your local jurisdiction. We apply and we pay for the permit included in your total price. We schedule an inspection with a city plumbing inspector as required by law.
